Osmow's

Came here expecting a good lunch and the chicken was OLD. It seems like they are using old chicken from the previous night and re-frying it on the grill and re-serving it for the lunch crowd. Chicken was not what i was expecting and i have been to 4 Osmows locations and haven't had it taste like this before. Pics show the texture of the chicken...I usually don't post but felt it was well worth it this time since i threw have of this out.

Great tasting shawarma on rice or fries. Both are good but I prefer the rice with chicken and no hot sauce spice - I'll leave that for the rest of you...

Very disappointed, I love Osmow’s however this location is the worst experience I have had. I have given them the benefit of doubt as it was a new store, it is now 3 months in and is worse than ever. All the staff are poorly trained and do not understand how their food is made. I have never had my order come out as what I paid for. I recently purchased two super shawarmas and they gave the regular size. Whenever I order chicken on the stix, it is half full with barely any sauce. Now when I order I have to pay for extra sauce just to get the right amount. This store definitely does not live up to the Osmow’s standard.

Shawarma is always really good, However it takes quite a lot of time. I think they prioritise skip the dishes people. Other than that my only other complaint is the spice levels. If you go in different days medium spice can mean 2 things. Either just right or way to hot. I usually come here during my lunch and reccomend it to anyone.

The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and helpful when I get Shwarma here. My mum has an egg allergy and he is always careful of that when he prepares her order. The food is always tasty too.

Highly recommend! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the price was good. I'll be back again for sure.

As always their food is awesome except this time the quantity of meat was not adequate like a Mediterranean platter should be.

Tried both the beef and chicken. Beef was hardly any beef but mixed with tomatoes. Chicken was sitting in a pan drying out. The plater cost $17 but it is definitely NOT worth the cost specially if you have been to other shawarma places. This platter had dry chicken, there was hardly any meat very little bit and full of just rice that was full of grease. The platter had no pototoes like places. And hummus was extra ! Garlic sauce tasted like mayo lol. Skip this place!

This chain restaurant is good for those of you searching for a hangover meal or just a filling shawarma meal. Their portions are huge, which parallel with their prices. Daily specials are around $10 while specialty meals go for around $15. We got a chicken shawarma plate with greek salad and fries on the side. The staff was friendly and considerate, separating the main dish with the salad to keep the salad from getting soggy. However, the fries were a bit stale and not to appetizing. Aside from the fries, the meal was satisfying and more than enough for two people, unless you eat a ton.

Awesome customer service and good quality food. I had a good customer experience with my server, Sharafot, who was very friendly and welcoming.

Good food as usual with osmows. You can tell the workers at this location work hard and quickly to get orders out. Only down side is the store basically never picks up the phone for me to order ahead. So I'm forced to wait 10 minutes by ordering in person. Outside of that, no complaints.

Food wise it’s pretty good but the prices are pretty steep. The one good thing is that they do have daily specials that are cheaper. I like that they have fries and rice as part of your platter. Talk about carbo loading. Lol

This is a new franchise fast food restaurant in Pickering. It is 'modern" Mediterranean cuisine. The size of the portions are good. There are a few tables if you feel like eating there. Ordering process is great offering on-screen options of toppings.

One of the best Halal food in Pickering. Chicken on the rocks is my favourite menu item. Stopped in a on a busy Saturday night because we have wanted to try Popeye's for years. The service was fast and friendly. Our order was correct and all of the food was excellent.
